This will be the final time I post this for sale - and I'd really love to hand it over to someone who will give it more love than I can!  You are bidding on a 12-room dollhouse with electricity throughout.  It is fully furnished - please email me for additional photos of furniture and house angles.  It is partially painted.  my mom bought it for me some 15 years ago and i just never got around to doing anything with it.  i have all the shingles, dolls, furniture, accessories, railings, EVERYTHING!! if you can imagine it, this house has it! LOL  The top portion folds open to reveal the attic and two additional side rooms (for a total of 12 rooms).  There's a front porch and upper level balcony that run the entire front portion of the house.  Part of it is painted white with blue shutters on the front and sides. it's just one coat, so very easy to change the colors.  the only "work" it needs is for the porch and balcony railings to be glued back on - it has been through many moves and over the years, the glue has just dried and the railings fell off (you will see in the front shot of the house).  there is no damage to them though - just needs some glue (they are stored in the attic of the house)!  The only damage is on the front porch, the pole leading from the steps to the front door has broken in half - it is easily replaced or glued. This is perfect for both the beginner and the avid collector!  it's a work of art waiting to happen - believe me, the house is really beautiful!  I just don't have the time to work on it and i think it will make someone else extremely happy!!
