The exterior has painted siding and there are two porches. The upper porch has double doors leading out to the covered balcony porch. The only thing that needs to be finished on the exterior is a few smaller windows that need trim around them. The double working doors off of the master bedroom also needs trim on the exterior. There are a few broken shingles but I will send replacements for them. Of course the house is a little dusty! Sorry!! You can see how much dust is in there from where I had some items sitting in the house. Like on the landing of the steps. It just needs to be wiped down.  The interior is electrified. There are some ceiling lights already installed inside and also plugs to add lamps etc. The flooring in the living room was custom made by me. The stairs were also custom made by me so that they would not take up as much room as sticking out into the room. MANY hours of work went into doing this house not to mention the money. The exterior of the house measures 30" tall x 31-1/4" wide x 14-1/4" deep from widest points. If you need room sizes please email me. I have shown it with a small amount of the furniture I had displayed in it. The auction is for the house only but the furnishings will also be available when I can find some additional time to list it. I forgot to take the peg rack on the wall by the front door out before taking pictures along with the gaslight in the master bedroom by the double doors. These are just tacked up with wax tack stuff so they will be easily removed. Those two items are also not included. The mirror in the bathroom will stay. There is also a split wall in the entry room. It doubles as one of the living room walls. I tried to move it so that you could see that it was split. I have shown a picture also. If you move it back it will not show the crack and with furniture and pictures etc it will not be noticeable. Or you may choose to brad nail it and repaper. Whatever you choose to do will work and will not detract from this wonderful house.   Please contact me if you have any questions or would like additional pictures.
