The frame is made of "Western Cherry" (Madrone) and the headboard is Cedar. The mattress is cotton muslin stuffed with wood shavings. This limited edition piece is #1/15. This fine scaled miniature by Crispin Hollinshead is a faithful reproduction, 1"=1 foot using the same technique of construction as an original. Most of the surfaces are hand-planed, not sanded. This gives a superior surface effect while maintaining truly square corners. The bed measures 6" long x 3 1/2" wide x 2 3/4" high. It is signed CBH, dated and numbered. Place a Bid!
