This is not a kit.  The farmhouse is completely assembled from Pattern #3059 of Craft Patterns, Inc. in 1971. The floors and walls are constructed of 3/8" and 1/2" plywood. All siding was individually cut of pine.  There are 2 chimneys and are covered with red Magic Brick. There are 12 windows that open and close.  All outside and inside doors open and close and have doorknobs. Electric is installed in each room and 12 v. a/c adapter is supplied.  There are electric fixtures in each room. The shingles on the roof are shaker style and are individually placed on by hand. There are 3 fireplaces in the house.  The livingroom and master bedroom are made of wood and the kitchen fireplace is red Magic Brick and all have logs in the fireplace. The porches are pine rails and spindles turned from pine. The flooring is installed throughout the house.  Vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom and woodgrain in bedrooms and livingroom and diningroom. Attractive flower boxes on windows with artificial flowers and hanging ferns on front and back porches. This farmhouse comes complete with a full house of miniature furniture and porch furniture.  It also includes pots and pans, dishes.  toys, books, small appliances such as toaster and T.V . Also, a family consisting of mother, father, daughter, baby boy, a cat and a dog. For all the work and time involved in this dollhouse, it is a great buy and would make a wonderful gift for a collector or a special gift for a child. Delivery must be arranged upon sale.  The house weighs 80 lbs. and would have to go by freight delivery at cost to purchaser.  We have checked pricing and it would cost approximately $90 to send across the country.   Also, we could deliver if close enough.  And there would be the option to pick the dollhouse up.       Place a Bid!
