I don't know how old it is.  I purchased this at an Antique Dealer. It has 12 rooms, 4 floors and 3 stairways and 3 porches. Every room is fully furnished with Antique furniture and dolls, little books, pots pans, you name it, and it is in there.  I bought it and cleaned it up.
