Mint, new in the box. The divided sink is of creamy white porcelain with a drain hole on each side, 22k gold embellished faucets and soap dish. Decorated across the front in Reutter's classic rose pattern --pastel, peachy pink fully open roses . Exceptional quality and attention to detail is shown throughout this miniature dollhouse kitchen collectible. There are dirty dishes in the sink, a checkered towel hangs across the edge, an unfinished bowl of soup with spoon,  jars of food and cookies on the counter, a sponge, soap in the soap dish, cookbooks on the counter and more contribute to the very real feel of this adorable setting. The beautiful gold faucets have a  high rise spigot. There is lots of room in the cupboards for additional items. The wine rack includes four bottles of wine with room for four more. There are four operating cabinet doors and a working drawer. These miniature porcelain pieces are included : four soup bowls, a platter, four plates, two cups, two saucers, a tea pot with lid, two skillets and more in Reutter's classic rose pattern. This is a real bargain --the cabinet is just chock full of great miniatures for your dollhouse kitchen. All of the miniatures are easily removable if desired. Just a good grip and a twist will release them from their positions in the cabinet. Adhesive is strong but not permanent.
