I bought this set second-hand, however, it appears to have rarely, if ever, been played with. It is in like new condition. The box itself is in almost perfect condition and shows very little wear. The Charming Country Home has large open rooms for easy and fun decorating. Front door, French doors and windows open and close. There's even a hidden drawer for storing Critter accessories. The home measures 14 1/2 inches long, 12 1/2 inches wide and 14 1/2 inches tall. It is complete and the original instructions are included.
