Description
This beautiful Doll House is 24 years old, it was only ¼ finished when I acquired it. It took me 1 year to complete, I entered it in our state fair and it place Best of Show and First Place. This is not for a child Dimensions are 28 in. deep 33 in. wide 42 in. high (at the highest point) It has 9 rooms and two hallways furnished, as you can see from the photographs the furniture is of excellent quality and is as old as the house. There are two side walls that open on each side of the house. The front room is from the front of the house to the back. There are three bed rooms; two of them are on the sides with the side doors. The dinning room is seen through the opening from kitchen and side door. The kitchen has all the pots, pans and can goods ect. The floor is clay tile; each peace was hand laid like real tile flooring, grouted, sanded and a clear coat applied. The bathroom has the same clay tile as the kitchen. Other flooring in the house are beautifully done in 1/16 oak, the attic is 1/16 pine. All rooms in the house have base board and crown molding stained and varnished. The rooms also have working doors and windows, wall paper, window curtains and Cornish boards. The house is completely wired throughout, 3 lights in the front room (two wall and one ceiling). Two bedrooms have ceiling and night stand lights and the other bedroom just ceiling. Each light has its on switch in the attic, you can have them all on or just one. This house is made of ¼ inch wood not fiber board. This house has to be shipped crated, picked up or I will personally deliver with in the cost of the crated shipping.
