We had to tour colleges all over the country to find this rare place. This structure is in great condition with only normal minor playwear for it's age. It was made by Mattel in 1964. Barbie took very nice care of the place because the graphics are nice and vibrant. Even all the furniture is here and in great shape. She must not of had any wild parties. Included in the Campus Sweet Shop is: phone in phone booth, milkshake blender, green drink dispenser, counter/bar, 2 barstools, table, 2 benches, 4 very hard to find placemats, small lime green plate, large white plate, soda pop bottle. Included in her dorm room is: desk, desk chair, 3 fashion magazines, vanity chair, vanity mirror, 2 beds, 1 bed pillow, 7 throw pillows, lamp, nightstand, 2 record albums, even the closets have their metal poles for hanging clothes. Those are cotton balls under some of the furniture to level them out because we were on an uneven surface. Everything in the Sweet Shop and Dorm Room are in very, very nice condition. We noticed that Barbie has lost one bed pillow - she must have left it at a slumber party. The metal clasp for closing it up is missing and someone has added a couple pieces of velcro to shut it which you can see in the picture of the drive-in theatre. This would be an outstanding addition to any Barbie collection. We describe all our items as accurately and detailed as possible so if we missed anything please ask as all sales are final.
