He is from the Build A Bear store. He is wearing a Phoenix Suns jersey . It has the number 00 , and says Suns on the front. The back has the number 00 , and says Build A Bear Workshop on it. He also has a basketball ,which has a loop, so you can put it on his arm. He also has a sound box in his arm , which says I love you.  My older daughter recently recieved him as a gift, so he is clean and has not been  played with , just sitting on the shelf. I have looked though and I see no flaws.
