This is the “oldest” sculpt that I have done so far and I enjoyed creating her so much. I have used a much softer look with the “skin”. If you noticed her weight - 11 ½ lbs!! please know that I can put her on a diet before comes home to you! LOL! Just let me know what weight you are more comfortable with at the end of the auction. I have to admit though, I love heavy babies and as she looks to be around the age of 3 months, this weight truly does not feel out of proportion. Please - do not let the weight put you off her - it is easily changed. Armani has 3/4 arms and full legs which make her incredibly easy to dress. She has been created using soft vinyl. This feels incredibly realistic to the touch which makes her feel even more special when you give her all your wonderful snuggles. I have weighted this little sweetie perfectly proportioned, and she literally flops! I have real pleasure of working as an official Master Artist with the Original Reborn class Simply Reborn TM. No lighting equipment has been used at all. As you will see in some photo’s, there is a white pole - this is from a white parasol, as the sun was exceptionally bright when I took these photo’s. I have recently decided that since there are now so many wonderful new sculpts available to reborn, that I will only be offering one of each. Armani is the only baby that I ever plan on offering of this sculpt on Ebay, so please, if she has captured your heart, know that she will be a unique Bambino baby. I have rooted Armani’s hair, as always, with the extremely soft Dark Brown Kid Mohair from Joanna at PitterPatter Nursery, which is of the highest quality. I take tremendous pride in my rooting and I can assure you that you would not be disappointed. I only use the best products on my Bambinos. Her hair has been directionally micro-rooted and is therefore extremely realistic. You will only see one or two hairs from each follicle - this is TRUE micro-rooting! You will NEVER see any unslightly hair plugs on my babies. The way that I root takes many hours but I just love the result and feel that it is worth it. As you can see - she has a wonderful crown ''swirl''. Please be assured this has been rooted this way, not just styled. I have sealed her hair from the inside. It can be dampened and gently styled into any style you wish. As you can see she has a fair amount of hair and it is incredibly realistic. I am extremely proud of her. Her head has been proportionately weighted to the rest of her body and will need to be supported when you lift her, just as you would with a newborn baby. She literally just molds into your arms and feels incredibly realistic.Her 10 little tootsies and 10 little fingers have been tipped and tripled-sealed with a top quality varnish to prevent chipping. I have slightly underfilled her body so that she really does flop and curl up into all the cute little poses. Every pose you see in the photo’s, you will be able to recreate at home. Armani has beautiful dark brown eyes which I have framed with dark brown eyelashes. These are gorgeous eyelashes,as you can see, just the right length.Her nose has been shaded instead of opened (which I prefer not to do, unless asked specifically). Her lips have been triple sealed with a high quality varnish, same as her finger and toe nails. This will not chip or fade or yellow over time. This beautiful Bambino has been created using Genesis Heat Set Paints. This is permanent and non-fading. Her realistic skin tones have been built up in very transparent layers. I study real-life baby photos in order to achieve the most realistic look. You will see that she has much depth in her “skin” and this can only be created very slowly and with a great deal of patience. Please note that the colouring on her does NOT sit on the vinyl.Her little head and limbs have been filled with tiny glass beads and topped with luxury faux-fleece and then sealed. Her custom made faux doe-suede body has been filled with small glass beads and faux-fleece in the torso. In the arms I have used tiny glass beads and faux fleece. To comply with customs, no sand at all has been used. She can travel to her new Mummy wherever she might be in the world! Armani will arrive home with all the beautiful clothes you see her in. She wears 0-3 month sized baby clothing and due to having full legs and ¾ arms she is extremely easy to find clothes for. You will have lots of fun shopping for her!!
