Description   BARBIE ULTRA RARE SEARS EXCLUSIVE GLIMMER GLAMOUR OUTFIT #1547 OFFERED:  A VHTF Sears Exclusive Barbie outfit from 1968 - {available from them for only that ONE YEAR}. This outfit consists of a blue silk dress with sheer overskirt and blouse with gold glitter dots (a few dots are missing), and gold braid accented high waist.  There is a gold tone belt and a gold lame' swing coat with a neck tie attached and 3/4 sleeves, lined in yellow nylon.  A pair of clear open toe heels with gold glitter also belongs to this set but, unfortunately, we were unable to locate one of the shoes.  The gold purse (shown in the photos) matches this set and it is included.  The purse does have a tiny bit of wear by the pearl.  This is an outfit that is hard to find due in part to the delicate fabrics that do not wear well, but this one is in very good condition.  There are no holes, stains, fading or rips.  The belt has a little of the gold covering loose by the buckle - as you can see in one of the photos - but it is otherwise in good condition.  Also, there a little bit of fraying on the back right sleeve of the dress.
