Antique Simon & Halbig 1079 Doll w/Presentation Box This is a wonderful Antique cabinet size Simon & Halbig #1079.  She is 10 1/2" tall and is marked 1079 Halbig S&H Germany 2 on her head.  Her bisque is free of hairlines, chips and cracks.  She has sleep eyes, her original wig and pate.  She is dressed in what appears to be her original antique silk and lace dress, cotton pantaloons, antique shoes and antique straw hat with silk trim (silk is tearing on the hat).  She is on her original French ball-jointed composition body that has been repainted and is missing the pinky finger on her left hand.  There is also some paint flaking on one arm.  She comes with all the other items shown including: Antique nightgown in blue, antique dress in lace, antique faux fur jacket, antique black shoes, antique silk chemise, antique celluloid fan (2), pillow, etc.  The box is wooden and is covered with blue velvet with brass accents.  The top  accent piece is missing.  The box itself measures 13" long by 8" wide.  It is in good condition except that the velvet is faded from age.  Very desirable size and a cute presentation box.  Please see my Ebay Store for other dolls and accessories.  Thanks!!!!!!!
