She is missing eyes, hands, wig and pate and neck button. The head is marked K over 4 inside an H and Germany. There are some bad wig pulls at the rim but otherwise I don't see any cracks or chips. There are some rubs and she had real lashes as she has no painted lashes. The piece with the teeth was broken when it was put in so there is a gap between two of the teeth.
