A 17-inch baby doll by Arthur A. Gerling Lullaby Gerling Baby Doll Marks:31Arthur GerlingMade in Germany A 17-inch baby doll by Arthur A. GerlingSolid dome bisque head; cloth body Length: 17 inches Brown sleep eyesMolded, painted hair Closed mouthOpen nostrils Original bodyBeautiful vintage gown with wonderful edge work, lace, and embroideryVintage bonnet, edged in rick rack Vintage slip, gown, diaper, and yellow booties with ribbonsMinor use for age of doll: slight ding on bottom right eyelid; end of thumb missing Fingers on left hand re-painted or repaired Also, there is a little indentation in the face, but it looks like a factory/mold imperfection as there is no surface damage to the bisque finish.
