It is a boy doll. It belonged to my grandmother and handed down to me. I don't know what it is made of, only that it is hard, sorta like a composition doll? But from what I have read in the appraisal on this doll, it is very rare and valuable. I am having to downsize my collection due to me moving. It has some hairline cracks which you can see in the photos.I would say the doll is in good shape, with the usual wear and tear considered in a doll of this age.
