He is a Clown care bear for the Big Apple Circus clown care unit. The Vermont Teddy Bear Co. donated a portion of the procedes to this Company for every bear sold.  He is in really good shape. I do not see any tears or holes. He is approx 16 inches tall. He is wearing a doctors white coat a funny polka dotted clown tie and he has a large big red nose that straps on over his face. The elastic strap needs to be replaced it is stretched out. He still has his original tags and a real cookie attatched to his arm.
