She is one of the owners of a great shop in Glendora, CA called Country Village. You can find them at countryvillage.com. She is retiring from the business and asked me to offer some of her treasures on eBay. I am using no hidden reserve. The opening bid will be what we need to get for it. For now there are no plans for the items to go into my ebay store if they do not sell the first time through as I do with my things. So, for right now things stand that if you think you cannot live without it, please bid the first time though as I do not know if it will be re-listed or not. This is an antique wooden dollhouse that the owner attributes to Shoenhut and I agree with her. It is a good early one that still has the original old lace curtains. The downstairs has wallpaper and a painting on the wall. The porch railing is detailed and Victorian in styling. All wood. The bottom door comes down to reveal the interior and the door make a lovely courtyard garden that is complete with a sandy surface. There are so many little details that I have many photos for you. I can find no manufacturer's mark. There are cracks in the back wall, see photos. Condition is very good. The measurements are 24" long, 9" wide and 16" tall. What a great find! Update!!
