My husband and I purchased this piece in Frankenmuth, Michigan and paid $369.00 for it a few years ago. My husband is a professional painter and he disassembled the doors and windows and sprayed a primer coat on all of the pieces. Unfortunately, we never found the time to work on it after that step. We recently moved and I have sold several items to create additional space-our new home is almost HALF the size of our previous home so I must part with many items. The first floor has two large rooms and a staircase(I planned on using the biggest room for kitchen and breakfast nood and the other room as a family or living room). The second floor has two rooms and a stairway opening(I planned on using the large room as the master bedroom and the smaller room as a bathroom). The third floor is one large open space (I planned on using this as the kids' bedroom). Finally, at the very top is a Widow' peak (This would look neat with a small rocking chair or other type of chair). Photo number 6 includes all of the window and door trim as well as all of the bric-a-brac and staircase. All of the acrylic cut for windows is also in a zip loc bag. This dollhouse has been stored for approximately 4 years in our non-smoking home. It has not been played with and is in extremely good condition. The overall dimensions are: 25 1/2" wide x 32" tall (including peak) x 14 1/4" deep. Because of the size I am selling this as a pick-up only.
