For pick up only is a 33 inch tall big gorgeous blue painted wood dollhouse pre-owned by my wife adult collector, and dollhouse has 3 stories (top story is attic rooms) along with a family of five dollhouse dolls and a bunch of furnishings and home decor too(furniture including bedroom and bathroom items too). Not for ages under 4 years and Dollhouse was put together from a kit and is over 30 inhces across from side to side including porch, and shingles for the roof and bricks for the chimney have been added, there is still some bricks and shingles to add yourself but most of the roof and chimney are covered, extra shingles and bricks not included (but if found before pick up will be added ).There is a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen on the first floor and all rooms in dollhouse have been painted and or wallpapered, no doors. The wood table the dollhouse is on is included too, top is covered by green felt my wife used as "outdoor" grass. Second floor there is a master bedroom, a bathroom, and a children's bedroom.Third floor is attic with rooms to do as you wish.The living room includes a wood white/cream sofa couch, a wood matching chair, a small salesman rug sample(it is a rug but in miniature), a white/ecru fireplace, a set of not real books all together,a tall wood grandfather clock, a radiator,a wood end table too.The dining room includes a wood dining table, 4 dining room chairs, a tall wood curio, a tall wood china/cabinet/curio piece also,a pumpkin, metal looking plastic pots and pan,2 handmade plates made from baked clay and handpainted by my wife a while ago, a platter with a chicken and vegetables (not real but looks tasty).Kitchen has a wood white curio/hutch with opening door to put items and food on the shelves, 2 fake boxes of food,a glass jar with by my wife handmade from baked clay round chocolates painted brown,a green wood chair,a sunflower hand crocheted rug,a realistic type broom, a red pail, and a red metal dustpan, a tiny terracotta flower pot with fake flowers,a christmas wreath,a tiny pink cat holding a wreath too.The master bedroom has a wood bed, a pair of plastic white tennis shoes,a paper shopping bag that says "I love miniatures", 2 wood chests, a wood vanity, a sewing machine on table, a wood chair we put at sewing machine table, a television,a lamp,a made by my wife baked clay cactus painted green in white plant holder,a black purse, a hair comb,a real and tiny shell,a bead that is made to be a tissue holder holding real tissue, a wood long nightstand table, a red knit/crocheted thin rug lays flat.The bathroom has a white porcelain bathtub with goldtone fixtures, a matching white porcelain sink, a victorian style white porcelain toilet with wood toilet seat and golstone metal chain hand pull, a white wood towel cabinet holding towels and toilet paper both do not come out,and a man's fake old fashion shaver that does not come out either. There is also a fake box of tide detergent and a big glass bottle of big "bathtub" salts,plus loose and not attached yet is included a goldtone towel holder and a goldtone toilet paper holder with toilet paper.
