She is a Kewpie-type all-composition 12” doll designed by Rose O’Neill. The doll was made by the Cameo Doll Co in 1946. She is very hard to find.Giggles is a fully jointed doll with moveable arms, legs and head. On the back of her head she has a molded hair loop, through which her pink satin bow is tied. She is wearing her ORIGINAL cotton printed Sunsuit. Giggles head is original , never restored. Her hair has some light paint rubs and crazing. There is slight crazing on her face and a light craze line below her ear. Her body is in good condition. A finger on her left hand has some wear.
