This doll came to us without packaging for identification, but it came to us with 2 other sets of similar dolls which were published by McLoughlin Bros. This wonderful, early children’s paper doll set comes with the original paper doll, and 4 dresses. The doll measured approximately 4 ½” x 1 ¾”. This very rare, original 1870's Paper Doll Set is in good condition - the doll is clean and crisp, and each dress is very nice. Some of the dress fronts are detached from the back panels. A very rare, ca1870's Chromolithograph Paper Doll Set and a fantastic addition to any collection!! PLEASE NOTE: This is not a reproduction, restrike, reprint or later copy - this is an original, period, 1870's Chromolithograph Paper Doll Set which was published and sold in the late 19th century.
