This sweet baby has such wonderful detail and is constructed of high quality, soft to the touch vinyl.  I hope you can see Bella Sophia's sweet details in her photos:)   I love this baby's big brown eyes and chubby cheeks:)  Her eyes have been framed with upper and lower lashes, and permanant eyebrows, applied stroke-by-stroke.  I have also added 'faux pearl' earrings, permanantly glued from the inside of the head. I have replaced the original factory body with a premium purchased Disc-Jointed body   The body is jointed at the shoulders and hips, allowing for fun posing options.  This body is made of wonderfully soft 'Doe-Suede' fabric with a slight nap.  The color is appropriate for Bella Sophia's complexion.  The arms and legs are designed with a slight curve, just as a young baby's are.  Each of the 1/4 vinyl limbs have been filled with fine silica beads, then permanently and securely sealed.  I wanted this baby to be very cuddley, so used extra-soft down-like polyfil and poly beads in her construction.    I love the way a baby's skin is slightly flushed when napping, so use this as a model in my coloring process.  Bella Sophia's lips have been tinted and sealed with realistic coloring.  I have also opened this baby's nose so she can 'breathe' and have added sealer to the inside of her nostrils to make them appear moist for a more realistic appearance.   I have given Bella Sohia hair in the form of a partial cap wig made of wonderfully soft and wispy imported English Mohair.  I have layered and thinned the hair so it looks appropriate for a young baby. The wig is permanantly secured with waterproof glue.  Bella Sophia's hair may be misted and styled with a comb.   Did you know that mohair is actually the silky hair from the Angora goat?  Mohair most closely approximates the texture and appearance of human baby hair.
