GORGEOUS VINTAGE 1966 SCARLET FLAME COLOR MAGIC She is all original and will display as mint/near mint. From an exclusive private collection, this doll was originally a lemon blond color magic that was 'color changed' to a scarlet flame red -- hence the name 'Color Magic' (she could be changed back to lemon blond but why would anyone want to -- she is stunning!) Her hair is all factory original, long and thick, not as uneven as some Color Magics , she has no thin spots and no hair plugs missing.Her original vintage turquoise blue hair clip is firmly in place and she has her original vintage headband as well. She has a high color face, her face paint is all original with beautiful geranium red lips, natural cheek blush and bright blue eyeshadow -- no rubs or fades in her face paint -- it looks like new. No dark face -- her face and body match in color.Geranium red finger paint, no toe paint, never had any. No earring holes, so no green ear and no neck splits or nose nips. Her body is mint, of clean, even skintone with no marks or discolorations, perfect stance, her legs look never posed. Her legs bend at the knees and click into three separate poseable positions. No pin pricks, cuts or gashes, no swingy legs, both legs are tight at the hips. She has all of her fingers and toes. Her body markings read: c1958/Mattel Inc./U.S. Patented/U.S. Pat. Pend./Made in Japan. She will come in her diamond patterned Barbie R tagged Color Magic swimsuit with its turquoise ribbon belt, original vintage turquoise open toed Japan high heeled shoes in mint condition, her matching headband which is original vintage and original vintage very hard to find 1966 9 face fashion booklet in mint condition.
