Cheers in yellow and blue is a rare genuine momokomono outfit issued by PetWORKs Doll Division in May 2004 with a design based on the theme for the 'Happy Outsider' collection. This outfit was an exclusive for the the 'momoko-ya' online shop and was very difficult to get outside of Japan. The outfit consists of a Halter Neck Shirt and Pleated Skirt. The outfit is in near mint condition.  It has been displayed briefly and returned to the original PetWORKs momokomono packaging. The PetWORKs website states: - Halter Neck Shirt is a "trend of this spring, border striped shirt with flock printed original logo. This knit shirt is perfect for the perky style for spring - summer season. Bead closure at the back." - Pleated Skirt is a "vivid pleated miniskirt made from knit fabric.
